If you are responsible for building and maintaining empowered and motivated teams, you won't want to miss this training opportunity. The Leadership Summit is an immersive experience led by James Songster.  This two-day workshop is broken down into four strategic areas: leadership, teamwork, creativity (problem solving) and team culture. A capstone seminar on day two is a culmination of the work that participants have put forth throughout the workshop. Participants will brainstorm methods and develop an action plan that applies the training and key take-aways toward their leadership goals.  The Leadership Summit is best suited for administrators, managers and supervisors but is open to any SWFLN member that is interested in becoming a strong leader within their organization. Registration is for both days of the summit. Registration priority is given to SWFLN members. 

About the Presenter: 

James Songster has enjoyed a career covering more than two decades in Training and Development for Walt Disney World. As the senior facilitator for Disney’s Youth Education Series College Edition, he taught seminars on Disney Leadership Skills, Improving Teamwork, and the foundational tools for building a Culture of Excellence. He has worked with thousands of college and university students, including the annual NACA Summer Leadership Event at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort. He continues to bring his Unlocking Leader Magic workshops to universities, non-profits, and various corporate and professional associations.
