Linda Bruno:
(SESSION A) Are You a Negative Nell or a Positive Paul??
In this session, we’ll look at what tends to bring out our negativity, how long we hang on to negative thoughts, and how we react to those feelings. Then we’ll talk about choices: how do we raise awareness of the choices we’re making regarding our own feelings? How do we ensure that those choices are going to be to our benefit? How do we choose to stay positive when negativity seems to be the norm?
(SESSION B) Stress Management - Is that EVEN POSSIBLE??
Although our work often brings us immense joy, it can also present a few challenges: differing personalities, friction, work overload, patron demands – you get the picture! And when we take those challenges home . . . or take our home stress to work . . . we are “running in stress circles” and that’s not good! In this session, we’re going to help you understand what’s really causing the stress – and it’s not always what we think. We’ll look at choices we can make and simple steps we can take to help lessen that stress.
(SESSION C) Returning Balance to Your Life!!!
Dreading the hustle-bustle of the everyday grind? Feeling out-of-balance for no apparent reason? Stressed because of all the bad news being thrown at us? It’s the age-old $64,000 question: How do we achieve balance in our lives in this “texting – Day-Timer – email – voicemail – IM” – kind of world? In this session, you’ll learn how to take back control of your life; as a bonus, you'll find an extensive list of ways you too, can return balance to your life.
